I had a very fucked up weekend in Charleston. In the span of 11 hours, I managed to get hit on by a pimp, get thrown out of a strip club, and see a 65 year old man check in to the motel in nothing but his underwear.

I renewed my domain today because, well, I'm insane. I don't know wtf I'm going to put on there. Does anybody have WSFTP 95 or know where I can get it? I'm using ws Home right now and it blows.

I am in loooove with my Paypal debit card. I can use it for all my bills, I haven't had to stand in line to pay a bill for 2 months. But the best part is cash back every time I use it. A quarter here and there is not much, but when's the last time you paid your electric bill and they gave you part of it back? Even better, I ordered a cd from Amazon last week and it ended up not being in stock, so not only did I get cash back when I ordered, I got it again when they sent my refund. If that card vibrated and could somehow cut the lawn, Joe would have some serious competition.

My neighbor decided today was a great day to bust out the old concrete in his driveway. With two jackhammers. At 7:15 a.m.

There was a fire at the Wills Creek apartments Monday morning. In my old building. In my old apartment. Yikes.

I closed the Ikkunaprinsessa fanlisting today, and put the Valo one up for adoption. My hosting expires on June 30. I really can't justify $120 a year for what amounts to nothing more than a collection of e mail addresses.

Man, I am fucking ill. I have had a sinus infection for 3 weeks, I had tonsilitis, laryngitis, and now I am pretty sure I have pneumonia or am well on my way to it. I keep getting this weird taste in my mouth, like I just sucked on a condom.

Not that this is of anyone's interest but my own, but I discovered today that the Valo fanlisting has more members (9736) than the fl's for Jesus Christ (674), the Bible (422), the Beatles (3715), and Buffy, which was the very first fanlisting ever (5364).

The Valo fanlisting is back in business (except for the extras), the rest of my domain should be ready by Monday (minus about 20 fanlistings). I can also offer webmail again if anyone wants it.

My domain has disappeared, sometime within the last half hour because I just uploaded stuff. My index page is replaced with a nice little page that says "you are fucked" in not so many words, and of course forget about getting into the ftp, cpanel, webmail, etc. So if you were using my domain for webmail, you ain't anymore. The Valo fanlisting will be back somehow somewhere someday, but the rest of them will not (does anyone even join fanlistings anymore?), I've gone through this too many times to give a shit anymore.

My 6 year old just informed me that Jesus is coming "back to town" tonight, and that he is going to stop by our house to bum money, because he wants a cheeseburger.

My poor computer finally bought the farm. It's being stared at by a repairman as we speak, or so I would like to think. They've had it five days. The power unit blew out, and there were some other expensive phrases thrown around, like "heat lightning" and "motherboard." We hooked Maranda's ancient Compaq 1685 laptop to the cable modem and that does the trick for now, although I am fairly certain the 1685 refers to the year this piece of crap was manufactured. So anyway, I just want to let it be known I have not in fact died, fled the country, or entered into a federal protection program.

My domain will be down for a couple days for a DNS switch, should be back up by Monday. If you normally use toxic-hearts webmail, this weekend you don't. No data should be lost in the transfer.


About 4 1/2 seconds after I made this post, the switch was final, all fanlistings and webmail are working, and not a shred of data lost.


I've been deathly ill since Wednesday morning. I decided on a whim to go see my doctor about some new asthma meds. He put me on Spiriva and Singulair. While I was at his office, I had a fever spike, it was almost 103 when I got home. But I dutifully took all the medicine as directed, and boy, was that ever a fucking mistake. By Saturday morning I was offering people money to kill me. I don't even know how to describe how awful I felt. You know when you get hit in the stomach...with a truck? Yeah, that's about it. I didn't do alot between Wednesday and this morning besides shiver in my bed.

Here's the best part...I cannot smoke. The second I light a cigarette, I start hyperventiliating and feeling nauseous, so I have to grab my inhaler, which now makes me dizzy and kinda makes me want to do that thing you do when you get nauseous.

This is just fucking great.

We have about 1/2 an inch of snow, it's coming down slow. Snow in April is not so unusual for Ohio, except that it was 81 degrees the day before yesterday.
